Delicous homemade noodlesoup
I made this soup for lunch this weekend and it was so delicious and healthy as well. It is very easy to make and it is definitely a complete meal, I made it in 15 minutes! I will share the recipe with you, but ofcourse it is possible to add other ingredients as well! Let me know what you think about these posts which are food related, maybe it is something to post more often!
- Indomie special chicken (I use this as a basis)
- 2,5 dl water
- 1 bouillon chicken cube
- 1 spoon of dark soy sauce (Ketjap)
- Vegetables (There is so much to chose, this time I picked some vegetables I had left) 5 french beans, 1 small carrot, 6 mushrooms and a spring onion.
- 1 egg
- coconut flakes
It all starts with 2,5 dl of water in a pan. Add the spices from the indomie package, the chicken cube and 1 spoon of dark soy sauce to the water.
Make an other pan ready to boil your egg, let it cook for about 10 minutes. After that, strain it off and rinse the egg with cold water. When it is ready, peel the egg and cut it in two.
Grate the carrot to little slices and cut the spring onion.
When te basis of the soup cooks add the vegetables to it, only the french beans and the mushrooms, which must cook.
Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles from the package and let it cook together untill the noodles are finished.
Pour the soup in a bowl, add the egg, spring onion, carrot slices and the coconut flakes to it to make it a finished meal.
